Return Timeframe

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be postmarked within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Product Condition

Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-refundable. These include underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry, and opened beauty products. Please review the product description carefully before making your purchase.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at support@chiccloset.com or fill out the return request form on our website. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your return.

Refund Conditions

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. A small restocking fee may apply to certain returns, as indicated in the product description.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
